Birthdays

Sunday, April 20th, 2008

Yesterday was my birthday. It was a great time. Needless to say, I am still full and not hungry at all from the enormous amount of seafood I ate at Joe’s Crab Shack.

Alex’s birthday was a few weeks ago, and Brandon’s is coming up this week. The decorations have been up this whole month.

It’s a nice three-day weekend. I don’t have to go to school tomorrow, so I have one last shot at sleeping in peacefully. I am looking forward to it.

Chinese Food and Church

I went to church today. I haven’t been there for a good while, so it was nice to see everyone again and catch up with people.

I went with the youth group to a church about a half hour away from us to see them mime and do a play. It was pretty impressive.

After church, I went to a Chinese restaurant with a few friends. Joanna, if you’re reading this, sorry you didn’t get your refill lol. Good times.

I’m leaving Friday to go on a trip for a club at school. I’m curious to see how that’ll turn out.

It’s great that spring is finally here.

Another Post from School

Since I don’t have a lot of time at home to post much (I think I do have the time, but I am to lazy to do it), I am posting again from school today.

There is not much new that has happened within the last week. The weather has been somewhat warmer lately, with our average high seeming to be somewhere in the 50s or 60s. I think this is the perfect temperature for weather. It’s not too hot or too cold – it’s just right and comfortable.

Tucker has seemed to settle down a little bit at home, but that’s probably because he never really leaves his cage, and when he does get out of it, he’s on a leash. Even in the house. Which is good, because he needs to learn one way or another to stay in line.

We finally got some cordless phones for our house. I don’t think we’ve had a cordless phone since maybe 2000. We bought a set that comes with three of them. It’s pretty nice. You can only use one at a time, though, which is kind of interesting.

There’s not really much else to say, so I’m going to stop here for today.
